1651145977Anxiety, panic attacks, depression, etc. are real conditions. Sometimes, the anxiety and panic attacks, despite whatever efforts one makes, come on by themselves. What can you do? It's real. Believers ought to take the same steps as anyone else, deep breathing, calm down, try to keep things in perspective, etc. It certainly doesn't make one LESS Christian or less a believer if they struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. I have a hard time imagining the Good Lord telling someone, "well, you struggled with anxiety because of "x"....and thus, you have no place here with me..."
Ya, that ain't happening. Anxiety, the attacks, depression, etc. are all conditions individuals ought to work though and learn to cope with.
