Proverbs 24:17-18 "17 Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; 18 Or the Lord will see it and be displeased, And turn His anger away from him." This may be one of the most difficult things to do. And who is one's enemy? One must take care to understand this admonition. In any case, laughing at another's calamity is frowned upon by God. Practice. Practice. Practice.
