What is the best way to add or will there be a linkback button to add on blogs, websites, etc. down the road for those of us wanting to show we are a part of CornerTable on other media sites such as business pages, or blogs?

Any social media including Facebook had to start from the ground up with a small number of people.

What made it big were the people who joined, invited people, and invested time by creating groups, pages, and posts.

Don't see a page or group? Make one and let people know.

Have a church or business? Make a group and page here as well and add it to your list of contacts.

Stealing from a movie, if you build it here, people will come and have a reason to come here. Give them one and turn on those savvy skills you had to build a presence on Facebook.

CornerTable has the same ease of use as Facebook, but not the toxic parts such as fact-checking and the potential to grow as a social community based on what we make of it.

But this takes, inviting our friends, families, church members, customers, and more.

This takes us creating a presence here and then making it a place of content for them to come back, have content to digest, and in turn, create their own groups and pages.

There is a potential to have a site with the best of Facebook, a way to grow influence, business, and community, but also not have to be charged extra for what we get for free on Facebook, thus making it harder to move completely from Facebook.

CornerTable may not have it now, but it will by people willing to help CornerTable have reason to put what we would like to see in place and letting CornerTable know it's worth the time and investment as well letting those whom we invite know why they should come here and share photos, post recipes and all the fun and good stuff we loved about Facebook here.

You have the opportunity to build ground up here and not worry about losing what you have.

He makes a great point.

If you join anything, you have to create something from scratch in many cases.

Have a church or a church group? Start a page and group here and invite people to CornerTable.

Own a business? Start a group and page and do the same.
Invite friends and family.

Take the same time you would on FB or others and invest it here.

Let people on whatever social media: Instagram, etc know about being here, and what's it like, but more than anything, give them a reason to check out CornerTable and visit you here.

By building your community and network here, you will have a developing newsfeed and more to return to.

There are already some great groups and pages, and there's room for more: YOURS!

So if you have a live stream, add this as a place for people to go or host.

Join the tech group here and share some suggestions or find out about updates.

Social platforms are tools and what you make of them.

In this case, you're not purchasing anything nor are you being censoring.

Make CornerTable YOUR spot.

Welcome new folks! Reminder: if your family and friends aren't here, you won't be here. This is true no matter what platform you sign up for. It was easier to find them at FB, I'll grant, but if you're here, you already know the problems with FB. Get your friends and fam to pull up a table at the Corner Table!

TIP: As this platform only has 3 visibility settings
(Everyone, Friends, Only Me)
if you want to interact with people without laying bare your whole life,
try creating a page, group, or topic in the forum.
GROUPS can be set to private/invite only.
Don't forget to change the privacy settings on your posts
if you don't want everyone to see them!
