Could something happen to ctable just as to Parler? Not exactly. Cornertable runs on a dedicated server which is co-located in a facility in Texas with no association with Big Tech. Moreover, except for our porn image filter, we have no integrations with Google. You may have noticed that we do not have any way to quickly share posts on FB or Twitter... that could only be achieved by inserting their code on our site which... I refuse to do... So Big Tech does not have a way of seeing the underlying data for this site.

The bottom line is that even if you are a billionaire (Trump) or supported by a billionaire (Parler) there is not much that can be done if the Lib/Prog mob decides to do something to you. In our case, though, there are not as many levers they can use to bring us down.

Realize, even if we hosted our server from our bathroom, if the lib/progs put pressure on the ISP, they could close us down that way, too. We are fully aware of these things and will create redundancies and secure our independence in other ways as we are able. But we definitely aren't going to put ourselves at the mercy of Big Tech!

The best thing you can do to ensure our continued independence is to NOT DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL. Not that I'm worried you will, I'm just sayin'.

We will post information on our redundancies and such on a regular basis. I know how these people work. Unlike Parler, we won't be taken by surprise.
