One thing I discovered when I started using CornerTable back in April, the default setting for posts is "Everyone" which means "Public".
So if you're joining for the first time, make sure to set your posts to "Friends only" if you want to keep your posts private.
Otherwise, if you make your post in "Everyone" mode, like on Facebook, the rest of the posts stay in public mode.

1610725904And then strive to make your more 'public facing' yet controversial statements in a group or page. Or, instead of adding someone as a friend, add them to a private group.
