I find it so difficult to leave the book about Daniel behind. There is so much there to understand. In fact, Daniel didn't understand everything. In Chapter 8, Daniel describes a vision he has had. He remarks that as he was trying to understand the vision, "...someone suddenly appeared there beside me. 16 And from beside the Ulai River, a voice like that of a human said, 'Gabriel, help him understand the vision.' 17 Gabriel came over, and I fell to the ground in fear. Then he said, “You are merely a human, but you need to understand that this vision is about the end of time.”
Gabiel gave Daniel the meaning of the vision. And Daniel was told "26 This vision about the evenings and mornings is true, but these things won’t happen for a long time, so don’t tell it to others."
Daniel kept it to himself. And then? "27 After this, I was so worn out and weak that it was several days before I could get out of bed and go about my duties for the king. I was disturbed by this vision that made no sense to me."
Daniel's vision was true from God's perspective and unknowable and unrelateable from Daniel's. Daniel obeyed the order given from God by Gabriel. And he continued to obey the king for whom Daniel was a privileged captive.
Sometimes we just need to trust God.

The Christian system (what is taught in the whole Bible) is a unity of thought. Christianity is not just a lot of bits and pieces - there is a beginning and an end, a whole system that will stand up to all the questions that are presented to us as we face the reality of existence.

Some of the other systems answer some of the questions, but leave others unanswered. I believe it is only Christianity that gives the answers to all the questions to all the crucial questions....What are those questions?

The questions are those which are presented to us as we face the reality of existence.

God shuts us up to reality.

We cannot escape of what is, no matter what we say we believe or think." Francis Schaeffer (The God Who Is There)

1. Relativism is the belief that there are no objective, absolute truths.

2. The relativist’s position is self-defeating because the relativist is making an absolute truth claim when they say, “all truth is relative.”

3. If truth is relative, on what basis can we judge or condemn the actions of people with whom we disagree?

4. Truth is the correspondence between our beliefs and reality. Relativism denies this.

5. A society not governed by absolute truths would fall apart. For example, imagine a nation where red stop signs didn’t absolutely mean “stop” for all people.

Beware The Permanent Pandemic, Vaccine Prerequisites For Normalcy

Allowing elites to dictate mass acceptance of vaccines before they'll allow a return to normal affords them a lucrative extension of the lockdowns.
