do remember, though, that you can hide/block people.
click on their name, go to the profile, at the top where it says add friend, message, there are 3 dots. click there and 'block.'

I'm not sure I just want to delete them, cuz they'll just sign back on over and over again out of spite. if you block them, that's better. but I will start penalizing spammers, forcing them to make friends and interact with folks, otherwise have their content silently restricted to their friends (that they don't bother to make.)
