Meat rabbit prices depend on age. Usually have available 8 weeks - up. New Zealand to Altex/TAMU for heat tolerance. The untreated wooden stakes are for them to chew on since their teeth continue to grow throughout their life.

Meat rabbit prices depend on age. I usually have available 8 week olds - breeding age. New Zealand bred to Altex/TAMUK for heat tolerance. The untreated wooden stake (bought in bulk from Home Depot) is for them to chew on to keep their teeth down since their teeth continue to grow.

I can lots of meats. Here are some pictures of my canned chicken I raised; canned rabbit I raised; canned turkey and stew meat that I bought in bulk; and my homemade sausage on the smoker. If I buy meat, I try to buy from local ranchers for healthy grass fed options, or I wait for a sale at the store and buy several turkeys etc. at one time and can them up. Very easy to learn!
