Presently, we have no integrations with big tech, save Google's adult image scanner (which deletes them automatically). I have the option of activating Google Maps, which I believe would enable more location-based features than we have now. (Without activating it, I can't be absolutely sure what it will do.) Should I enable it or no? Answer my poll question. Discussion welcome.

The Corner Table is a place for long chats after all the other customers have left to eavesdrop on your conversations. It is social media that is more social, and less media. It is what Big Tech promised, but failed to deliver.

We have activated an 'events' system. Access it via the left menu from the feed page. We have also activated a 'common things' system. This will help people find people of similar interests. However, I honestly don't know how it works yet. Let's try it out.

I also added an 'interests' field in your profile, so people can learn about you if you want them to be able to. It is sort of an 'about me' field. What I'm trying to do is figure out how the 'explore' option works. Searching by keyword seems to be pulling from user's and group's names, but not their content. I'm experimenting. If you could add some things to your about me and interests field to help me have something to search against, that would be great.

My book, "The Corn Siege" is finished. I have deleted most of the chapters I posted, and left some up as 'samples.' The book can be purchased through the web page, here: https://thecornsiege.com/
