It is not a constitutional right, it is not a fundamental right, its not the law of the land, (courts don't make laws), the health of women is not at risk, doctors don't have a duty to kill a baby in the womb, this is beyond ridiculous, this guy needs to be impeached!

I have often wondered why people keeping spending money on solar and wind energy, as it never seemed like the best solution for energy. I found this and wonder people's thoughts?

He's absolutely correct, though I seriously doubt that global warming is more than one percent man-made. Solar can augment the grid when placed on rooves. Wind is so energy inefficient and land destructive, it should never have been considered. However, since it's used to turn millions of acres over to state and federal agencies through environmental mitigation every year, our governments remain excited about it.
