For the past two weeks, I've cited writers on the subject of war (mostly famous writers of popular fiction books, but also poets, humorists, philosophers, historians). I conclude this theme with the first woman elected to the US Congress, and the only person to vote against a US Declaration of War for both WWI and WWII.
