not sure there is. Even with groups, I don't think you can hide them. but with groups you can make them private at least.

June 12, Robert Fuller is found hung from a tree in an LA suburb. Then, a few hours after that story breaks, it's discovered that Malcolm Harsh was found hung about 50 miles away on May 31. Fuller was found near City Hall and Harsh was found near a public library, two public buildings. The deaths were initially ruled as suicides, but the similarities have prompted further investigation.
