Every year we celebrate Thanksgiving as a team at my facility. The management team serves the hourly employees, we eat together & I get to say a few words of appreciation. It has been a challenging year but we have not laid off a single employee, we have not cut benefits or salaries or placed a freeze on increases. Truly we are blessed & I am blessed to have an incredible team to work with on a daily basis.
