remember one thing. He can't mandate to the people of this country. He can only mandate to the administrations under his control. The people of this country have been so indoctrinated by fear that they listen to everyone that tells them how to be "safe", This includes the president, even though he can't remember his name. And the dumocrates are controlling him. So bottom line is the Sheeple are following the Shepherd
