Almost ALL hermeneutics books today are inundated with biblical criticism, which dissects the Word of God until it becomes the word of man. These scholars do not have a high view of Scripture as absolute inerrancy. To be frank with you, you should read ALL of these books. Mine at the end is not a necessity, but the others are.
