TIP for peeling - If you presoak the eggs in vinegar and water before boiling, or put some vinegar into the water while boiling, the shells come off easily. I just place cooked eggs in cold water to cool down, then tap all around to crack shell. Then I gently squeeze it to crack it more and loosen from egg. Remove a couple of pieces and then gently pinch one end and the egg slides out of the shell. Quick and easy!
