If you know someone having trouble registering and/or logging in, advise the following:
1. If they have trouble registering, have them use a different browser. Chrome seems reliable, Firefox may cause some people problems. Or vice versa.
2. If they get the 'email in use' error, it actually means their registration worked. They either re-submitted, or the page loaded again. Tell them to check their email for the activation link.
3. If they are expecting an activation link but don't see it, first and foremost they should check SPAM/Trash. They should have the email in 5 mins if they're going to get it at all. They can contact us using the contact form on the main page or email us at customerservice@cornertable.us and we will manually activate them. Note: if we think our email is being blocked by THEIR email service, expect us to contact them via a non-cornertable gmail account.
4. And be patient. Our customer service team is finite.
