If your friends have trouble registering or logging on, help them out and share these tips:
1. If they received a message saying "email already registered", there's a good chance it "bounce" and tried to register again, especially via the phone. Have them use a computer or re-set the password.
2. No confirmation email. No one thinks to check the spam/junk folder. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the email to show up. Ask them to wait and also check their folder.
3. They give up trying. There are more rates of registering success than failure and I've had places I've tried to opt-in and it didn't work, but I didn't give up. I email for help. Ask them to email customerservice@cornertable.us.
Failure to get in isn't a good reason to not try CornerTable. Tech will help but people need to show patience and CONTACT Tech. Remind them if tech doesn't know...how do they expect it to be fixed or improved.
