It certainly couldn't have helped. I know also that the upper echelons of the military were transformed during the Obama years into something 'Woke.' However, I have a feeling that there has always been a leftish leaning to these agencies. If there wasn't, Hillary would be in jail from any unbiased reckoning from the law.
