Israel is not what God would want it to be and therefore it is illegitimate, but we should put up with this illegitimate state as it's nuclear ? Israel was not what God wanted it to be in the OT too so would the same argument then hold for their 'illegitmacy' then ? This is flawed reasoning.

I don't think any Christian (Darby or otherwise) preaches salvation apart from Jesus Christ because one is ethnically a Jew. That is just pure myth being portrayed as a reality about other christians.
