attention please. Why can't I make comments or reply to any post's? Did I miss the memo

did you get it fixed? you certainly should be. No changes have been made. Sometimes, I find refreshing the page or even closing and restarting the browser fixes it. I have 'hitches' most often with firefox... although, its also the one I use the most, so maybe the sample is skewed.
