This is where I say, "I told you so." But you told me that masks 'worked.' Any ol' mask, even. But I said, if you rely on them, you'll put yourself and others at risk.

So we must go further than "I told you so" and ask you, "So, how many people did you kill, relying on something that did not work? How many people did you kill, blindly following whatever directive was handed down by 'experts' and authorities? While you were accusing people of killing people for NOT wearing masks, do you stay awake at night, wondering how many people you killed by proceeding with a false sense of security, and persuading others to proceed the same? How many people did you kill because you refused to engage in independent thinking? As you console yourself with the mantra 'I meant well' try not to imagine the heaps of bodies who would still be alive, if only YOU had not entrusted a device to protect you which was ALREADY KNOWN to be ineffective?"

My conscience is clear. I'd hate to live with yours. But you may yet redeem yourself: it is inevitable that 'authorities' will someday (soon?) ask you to do something asinine and idiotic, justifying it in the name of the 'common' good, screaming "SCIENCE!" even as the Science! has already said the opposite, or is perhaps silent. Will you, finally, at long last, become a critical thinker? Or you will remain forever and blind sheep, and worse--a lemming who does not merely follow others off the cliff, but drags others kicking and screaming off, too, and applauding the suppression of free speech which might have given people warning to protect themselves?

I don't know who 'you' are... probably not any of my social media connections, because I jettisoned so many Dictator Dans and Totalitarian Tims already from my circle. But even if I don't know who 'you' are... YOU know who you are. REPENT.

AND DON'T DO IT AGAIN.
