How do we identify relations when the term is not reciprocal? For example, I identify my brother as "brother" then he has the option of accepting that which then shows me as his brother. How can he list me as his sister after I claim him as my brother?

The relationship system is buggy. I cannot even add my wife as my wife and she I as her husband. The developers are aware that we want this fixed.
