I have noticed the last couple of days that World-o-meter has counted "probable cases" as part of their actual case numbers. While Michigan may report 300 (example), world-o-meter adds the other 40 (example) for a total of 340. That doesn't seem right to me.

I don't see why it's possible that he simply misunderstood the ropes purpose. It doesn't have to be a hoax.
