I think Sam Pakan may have something to say about this topic... I would like to add to this the fact that I got a bragging email from Alliant Energy—Wisconsin stating that they were shuttering their coal burning plant in Portage in 2024. But not to worry... they have a “clean energy blueprint” that calls for 1000 mega-watts of solar in Wisconsin...
