I miss @gordonstreettavern Flat Iron Steak Salad and their beer selections. Instead of pizza with the kids, I made a version of Gordon Street Flat Iron Steak Salad but without the tomatoes. (Not a tomato fan in hamburgers or salads anyway)

Forgot to add a boiled egg,but it's almost close but never quite like theirs.

@gtskombucha Triology flavor kombucha instead.

Red onion
Blue cheese
Pecans
Seasoning
Steak
