If you cling to this world, then you are not living a redeemed life. Put aside the part of your flesh that clings to this world.

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭ESV‬‬

It amazes me that more Christians do not embrace the eternal promises of our salvation. I should not fear anything in this world because I have a treasure that awaits me that is much greater. If my desire to remain is greater than my desire to depart and be united with my Creator, then what does that say about my belief in the cross and the resurrection?
