Challenging Question to Consider:
In Apologetics:
if we are going to discuss humanity being made in the image of God, something that has not been raised and should be is: Are we respecting the image of God, by mandatory mandates of masks and broad-sweeping generalization of all human beings breathing as health hazards.
Is it God-honoring, to treat fellow human beings with fear and in the face of larger concerns, ignore the lockdowns effects of destroying the economy, personal lives, and relationships, driving up mental illness issues and suicides.
At what point, since this does involve God, Apologetics, and the faith, will issue of morality, how we "supposedly treat our human beings", the reality of the growing hypocrisy of public officials and are we participating in a great lie, starts being addressed by the church and in apologetics rather than go along with what is a growing awareness of a national and global scandal?
At some point, when does the question starts being addressed: "If the church and those in influential positions are knowingly engaging and supporting in ill-advised, and collectively untruths of society, are they as complicit in lying and is there a moral responsibility even at the cost of influence, to speak up for truths versus going along with the stream"?
