Didn't read the article. Bouncing off the title and subtitle... I think they are in on it together. The bigger question, imo, is what will India do. China and Russia can launder their sanctioned goods through India and still access the world's market via that third party. China and India aren't exactly best friends. If Russia and China TOGETHER are isolated--with India being the largest alternative market open to the two--that could cause them both serious problems. Right now, India really likes that cheap oil Russia is selling.
