As it should.
Ironic that although Obama’s ATF refused to twist the law to outlaw bump stocks, “pro-gun” Trump supporters screamed that Trump was their guy while Trump’s ATF had no ethical or constitutional qualms about mangling the statute to give Trump what he wanted. Remember that Trump said “take the guns first, go through due process second”!
