IRISH-ISH COFFEE
* 1.5 oz. Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey
* 5 oz. coffee
* 1/4 oz. maple syrup
* Top with boozy whipped cream
* Fresh grated chocolate
Combine whiskey, coffee and maple syrup in hot mug. Stir, top with boozy whipped cream (directions below), and chocolate shavings!
Boozy Whipped Cream: Combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Creme de Menthe in a bowl. Whip until the cream thickens.
